  • Must be returned in the original packaging (where applicable).

  • Must be entirely free of any body odor, perfumes, or fragrances.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Undergarments, swimwear, and socks (due to strict hygiene reasons).

  • Any items explicitly marked as "Final Sale".

  • Customized, altered, or personalized garments.

🔄 Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to stock availability. To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team within the standard 10-day return window.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and thoroughly inspected by our warehouse team, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Processing will take 5–10 business days to credit back to your original payment method.

  • Shipping Fees: Any original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Domestic Orders: Return shipping is entirely free. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for handling and paying all return shipping costs.
